Complete the download using the service’s instructions. Then open the saved document to confirm that you can read it.

If you cannot find the file, check your browser’s download list and your device’s Downloads folder.

Step 5: Save a Secure Backup

Keep the original downloaded file and a secure backup. Choose a location that the authorised family representative can find again.

You can also print a copy for reference. However, retain the original digital document and avoid editing its contents.

Who Can Download the Certificate?
