How to Arrange Direct Cremation With Us

1. Contact Our Funeral Director

First, call or WhatsApp 9844 8444. Tell us where your loved one is and whether the doctor, hospital or relevant authority has completed the initial procedures.

You can contact us while those procedures continue. However, collection depends on the necessary documentation and permission to release the deceased.

2. Confirm Your Family’s Arrangements

Next, our funeral director discusses the package, your preferred timing and any religious or personal wishes. We also explain the information and documents needed for the arrangements.

Before proceeding, we confirm the agreed services and any requests outside the package.

3. Coordinate Care and Cremation

Once the relevant parties authorise release, our team coordinates collection, preparation and transportation. We also arrange the cremation booking, subject to availability and the applicable requirements.

Our funeral director then confirms the crematorium, service hall, meeting point and arrival time with your family.

4. Arrange Ash Collection

After cremation, our team assists with ash collection as included in the package. Your family can then decide on an appropriate resting place or ash scattering arrangement.
